Mu Delta Officers and Committees
Our chapter is capable of accomplishing all that it does because of careful planning and delineation of duties. The events, actions, and operations of the chapter are handled by committees, which are chaired by officers.
Elected Positions
Elected officers exist to organize committees and keep our chapter running behind the scenes. They serve one year terms and are elected annually each March.
The Mu Delta Chapter has 7 elected positions:
Chapter President: Cody Mangmoun
The Chapter President is the official representative of our Chapter in all matters and is responsible for its administration. They preside over chapter meetings and oversee chapter operations and the activities of its officers.
Vice President of Membership: Lucy Erbes

The Vice President of Membership implements and maintains the Membership Education Program. They are responsible for the education and membership of all members of the fraternity.
Vice President of Service: Hugo Sanchez
The Vice President of Service is responsible for the planning and execution of chapter service projects. Serves as Chairman for the Band Service Committee.
Fundraising Chair: Maddie Radebach

The Fundraising Chair is responsible for coordinating and presenting all fundraising opportunities to the chapter and is responsible for all tasks that generate revenue.
Secretary: Bryan Torres-Alcantar

The Recording Secretary completes and distributes all chapter meeting minutes, maintains attendance records, and collects all forms and paperwork pertaining to chapter operations.
Treasurer: Natalie Rizzo
The Treasurer maintains the chapter’s finances, including establishing and maintaining a chapter budget and ledger.
Parliamentarian: Chloe Eash
The Parliamentarian is responsible for interpreting the Chapter Constitution and understand parliamentary procedures . They assist the president in maintaining orders during chapter meetings.
Appointed Positions
In addition to the 7 elected officers, the executive board may appoint other positions as needed
Brotherhood Chair: Chloe Eash
The Brotherhood Chair is responsible for organizing events that promote a sense of community within the chapter and amongst other musical
WSA Senator: Natalie Rizzo
The Western Student Association Senator serves in a voting capacity at WSA meetings as the voice of Mu Delta.
Ritual Chair: Raegan Novak
The Ritual Chair is responsible for maintaining the necessary materials for ritual and serves as chairman for the ritual committee.
Historian: Will McManus

The Historian compiles a pictorial history of every academic year and maintains past chapter documents, as well as maintains the website and all forms of social media. A combined Historian/Webmaster position.
Music Director: Rhys Campbell/Canon Cochran
The Music Director is responsible for teaching all fraternal songs and vocal pieces necessary to the chapter. They coordinate all musical activities and events related to the chapter.
Committees
Each committee is chaired by an officer and specializes in an aspect of the fraternity. By splitting up the responsibilities, we make sure everyone has a job and everything gets done.
The Mu Delta Chapter has five permanent committees:
Fundraising
Chaired by the Fundraising Chair
The Finance Committee is responsible for presenting and coordinating fundraising opportunities to the chapter.
Ritual
Chaired by the Ritual Chair

The Ritual Committee is responsible for preparing and executing the rituals and ceremonies.
Brotherhood
Chaired by the Brotherhood Chair
​
The Brotherhood Committee organizes social events during and outside chapter meetings that foster brotherhood within the chapter.
Membership Education
Chaired by the Vice President of Membership
The Membership Education Committee is responsible for maintaining and executing the Membership Education Program as needed.
Service
Chaired by the Vice President of Service
The Band Service Committee is responsible for seeking out opportunities to serve the university bands as well as coordinating chapter resources in order to carry out these opportunities.
Parliamentary
Chaired by the Parliamentarian
The Parliamentary Committee is responsible for assisting the Parliamentarian with their duties, such as amending the constitution.
